Belarus Prepares for Parliamentary Elections Amid Rigging Controversy

Belarus is approaching parliamentary elections, with the opposition urging a total boycott by voters. The small Eastern European state has a long record of harrassing journalists, intimidating dissenters and fixing elections. Its led by Alexander Lukashenko - described as the last dictator in Europe.
